Exhibition Overview:The exhibition is guided by the Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics, and jointly launched by the Fuzhou Lin Zexu Memorial Hall in collaboration with 10 cultural institutions and museum. The main focus of the exhibition is Tang Dynasty female figurines unearthed from the Guanzhong region, with a total of 65 exquisite artifacts on display. The exhibition also includes a selection of rare murals depicting attendants from the Tang Zhao Tomb, offering a comprehensive view of the free-spirited and talented lives of women during the Tang Dynasty. It vividly reimagines the colorful and unique lives of women in the golden era.
The exhibition is divided into three sections: "A Thousand Faces, Vibrant and Rich," "Beauty and Wisdom, A Life of Freedom," and "The Universal Desire for Beauty." Each section highlights the diverse roles and charms of Tang women, bringing to life their multifaceted personalities and influence during the prosperous Tang period.
