Exhibition Overview:Curated by Dr. Chen Shuihua, the Director of Zhejiang Provincial Museum, this exhibition is divided into three sections: "Chasing the Past," "Exploring the Mountains and Wilderness," and "Entering the Painted Realm." It will feature 15 authentic Song Dynasty paintings from prestigious collections, including the Palace Museum, National Museum of China, China National Art Museum, Shanghai Museum, Liaoning Provincial Museum, Jilin Provincial Museum, Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum, and the Cleveland Museum of Art in the United States. The exhibition will also showcase 28 high-definition reproductions of Song paintings and 39 modern bird photography works. In addition, special digital projects such as large-scale 3D animations, immersive cinema experiences, and XR (Extended Reality) interactive exhibits will be featured, creating an engaging and multi-dimensional exploration of the Song Dynasty’s rich cultural landscape.
